John joins JRLP after holding senior operations and finance roles - including GM and CFO - in technology and agriculture. He previously served as a Naval Officer and Aviator for over a decade. John holds a BA/MS from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler School of Business. He lives in Charlottesville, VA with his wife and three children.

Vinny comes to JRLP from the healthcare industry where he was a senior strategy and operations leader. After graduating from the University of Virginia, he served as a Naval Aviator for over ten years before transitioning to the private sector. In addition to his BA, he holds a MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. He lives in Charlottesville, VA with his wife and two children.
